30 years of Michelin stars…

What would I say if I had to choose just one word to sum up these 30 years of Michelin stars?

Passion. The passion for my profession, a passion for cooking. We’re incredibly lucky, everything is always beautiful and delicious, it’s amazing! This profession awakens all of the senses and makes you feel alive. Smelling, tasting, seeing, touching, hearing... Giving so much pleasure and receiving it in return from those who choose my cuisine. So yes, the food, the service and the beauty of the place are weighty arguments in the choice of a restaurant. But the friendly atmosphere that permeates the place is unequalled. It’s why our customers keep coming back and what makes an impression with people when they eat at Domaine de Châteauvieux. And I hope that these wonderful Michelin stars will have the delicious flavour of conviviality for a long time to come.
